A sad employee shared his woeful experience on social media about the company, he said " The residential side is a pyramid scheme and is just door to door sales. You are a contract employee and they don’t take taxes out of your paycheck. So during tax season you have to pay back a lot of money. The people who work as recruiters intentionally hire uneducated men and women from the south side of Chicago. It’s incredibly unethical. You are barely paid anything and it’s 100% based off of commission. As for the commercial side, it’s run by men who use company money to go to clubs and use that money to buy drinks. I’m shocked that this company is still operational based on how poorly it’s run. I’m honestly very embarrassed to have worked there because of how horrible it is and how terrible the office culture is. This entire company is a scam and they even write these reviews themselves. Do Not Work Here."
